Sources: Order re-signs Kevy, Puma in org’s first moves in LCO 2022 offseason

The Melbourne team has struck twice in the player market.

Order have made their first moves in the LCO 2022 offseason, re-signing reigning MVP and rookie of the split Shane “Kevy” Allen and bot laner Nathan “Puma” Puma in a double pick-up to start their refreshed LoL roster.

League sources have told Snowball Esports that Order have locked in their first two player signings, re-signing bot laner Puma and star jungler Kevy for the 2022 season.

The duo retention comes off the back of a strong Split 2 campaign for the Melbourne org, sparked by Allen’s signing in June. Order finished second in the LCO standings above early favourites Chiefs and eventual Worlds representatives Peace with a 14-7 record. The team’s season ended after a 0-3 loss to Dire Wolves and a five-game defeat to Peace.

Kevy was crowned Most Valuable Player for his explosive split, was named jungler of the year in the Oceanic All-Pro team, and became the LCO’s first-ever rookie of the year, rounding out an immense first full season for the youngster.

The jungler played 24 games on his way to the plaudits threepeat.

Kevy and Puma played alongside Jerome “Chungy” Chung, Maximus “Maximize” Yaremenko, and David “Beats” Nguyen-Dang last season, but are expected to have three new teammates in 2022 as the Oceanic reshuffle continues.

Snowball understands the duo have already inked their 2022 deals, and will compete in two splits under Order’s banner before their contracts expiry post-World Championship.
